The DOJ's wish to bring back institutionalization for disabled and unhoused people is loathesome. Surely the ADA is clear on this point,

Actually, in the past 75 years, the ADA is one of the rare bits of legislation supported by the GOP for the benefit of non-rich Americans. (They didn't propose it, but nor did they fight against it, as is the GOP norm for legislation affecting all us "little people".)

But seeing the silence to the hurtful changes Trump has "signed" onto the ADA makes me doubt it will be very helpful, but hopefully only for a while. And those disabled voters that helped get Trump elected? Welcome to the rolls of "leopard eaten faceless Trump voters".

I’m tired of hearing about the rejecting poll debacle, but it just occurred to me that it is a metaphor for 47 and his entire regime. It’s laughable and also a warning that false charges and actual arrest of innocent people could be coming to your home town. (The mid-terms are coming up.)

PS there is more than one David Hearn in this world, and the image that briefly showed up on someone’s feed was a photo of the other David Hearn. They pulled some photo from their cursory internet search because they needed to keep people clicking on the story without regard to the truth. Since I can’t find it again, it may have taken down. I hope so!
