Conservatives skew rural, and rural health care is falling apart. Clinics and hospitals are closing and consolidating. This could very well be an access issue vs. a mistrustful ideology issue. If you have to travel 100 miles to see a doctor and you don't have a ride and/or the time, you miss appointments.
