I wonder how the republican voters in these areas are going to feel ??? that apparently hasn’t occurred to him yet. Not surprisingly.

Like they’ve been abandoned. Similar to how some feel now: like they got grifted

The states should stop sending money to Washington. Washington depends on states.

What a petty little POS they chose for a POTUS - he keeps screaming about the Democrats cheating constantly tries to pull THIS crap in plain site! - it's blatant extortion - vote for GOPedos or I withold relief funds...vote for GOPedos and I'll give you 5K (he is really that stupid to expect people are dum(b)er than him - I remember him ranting what a 'genius' he is, and he spelled it G-E-N-I-O-U-S! What a douchebag - only a really stupid person would constantly try to tell people how 'smart' he is - the only smart thing I ever heard him say is "smart people don't like me..." Gee, I wonder WHY

Only CONGRESS can change how money allocated for a purpose is spent. This is a crime to which they have confessed so no investigation or hearings are needed. STATES NEED TO SUE TO ENJOIN THE ADMINISTRATION FROM SUCH ILLEGAL ACTS holding allocated program funds to extort compliance or punish DEM states. Constitution Art1.s8.c18 says Congress has the power "to make all laws..necessary for carrying into execution all other powers vested in this Constitution. Art1.s7.c1 All bills for raising REVENUE shall originate in the House. Art1.s8.c1 "Congress shall have power to pay debts.." ONLY CONGRESS CAN CONTROL EXPENDITURE OF MONEY THEY ALLOCATED FOR A PURPOSE
